Problem:  

In a survey of nearly 5,000 women in the United States, more than half changed their clothing, refused a social event, chose a different transportation option or felt distracted at school or work due to harassment.

Solution: 

Google Stride is a Google Maps extension where users can report when and where they have been catcalled. This would alert others in the area and give them the option to walk another way.

In other words, Google Stride is like Waze, but for catcalling.
